Official Rules, Terms & Conditions
1) Promotion Overview
The Puttshack Perks Monthly Challenges program offers eligible Puttshack Perks members the opportunity to earn rewards by completing a designated monthly challenge. The April 2026 challenge is “Win 3 (or more!) games in one visit”.
2) Promotion Period
The Challenge is available April 1, 2026 through April 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
3) Eligibility
The Challenge is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of Puttshack Perks enrollment and who are in good standing with the Puttshack Perks program at the time of participation and reward issuance.
4) How to Participate / How to Complete the Challenge
To participate, an eligible member must, during the Promotion Period:
- Visit a participating Puttshack venue and play and win at least 3 9-hole mini golf games.
Completion is automatic once the eligible round is finished and the game play is recorded in Puttshack’s system.
5) Reward
Eligible members who successfully complete the Challenge will receive:
- $5 Food & Beverage Voucher.
- Reward issuance timing: Rewards will be issued within approximately 24 hours after successful completion of the Challenge, beginning April 2, 2026.
6) Reward Terms & Conditions
- Reward is valid for one (1) $5 food & beverage voucher.
- To redeem, the member must show the server the reward success email received.
- Limit one (1) voucher item per group.
- Limit one (1) Reward per eligible member during the Promotion Period.
- Expiration: Free shareable expires May 15, 2026
7) Notification
Members who complete the Challenge and qualify for the Reward will be notified by email within approximately one (1) day of successful completion.
8) General Conditions
- Participation is subject to these Official Rules and the terms of the Puttshack Perks program.
- Puttshack is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or undeliverable emails, or technical/system issues that may affect participation, tracking, or reward delivery.
- Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or undermine the Promotion, the scoring system, or the Puttshack Perks program may result in disqualification, in Puttshack’s sole discretion.
- Void where prohibited by law.
